ABOUT INTERLINK HEALTHCARE STAFFING

In The Beginning

Interlink  was founded in the late 1990’s, just at the time the internet was exploding. Interlink  was one of the only recruiting firms at the forefront of the internet revolution. It was hard to keep up with the demand for talented individuals needed by the myriad of new hi-technology companies being formed.

We quickly gained a reputation for finding great technology candidates. Soon, healthcare organizations, desperate to find quality staff, began to ask us to find them candidates. Applying the same skills to finding the right technology candidates, we began placing healthcare staff.

Today

Interlink focuses on healthcare and hi-technology for companies and organizations in the Phoenix Metro Area, San Francisco Bay Area, and Los Angeles/Orange County.

What Our Clients Are Saying

I recently decided to leave my big health group and build a small practice. After years of working with people that were hired by the big organization to work with me, I was faced with building my  team. I contacted Interlink, and after they “interviewed” me, they started sending over a several  candidates for each position. Typically they sent over five candidates per position, of which I found a great one that I liked and hired. Hiring is a tough thing to do for someone that has yet to do it.  It was great to partner with  Interlink. They know what they are doing and do it very well.

THANKS FOR MAKING HIRING A SNAP

Dr. James

Cardiologist, Walnut Creek, CA

I had just established a new practice and needed to hire additional staff. I was scheduled with patients and didn’t have the time to become a hiring manager. I had heard from some associates that they had success with Interlink, so I called them. They took the time to understand me and to see what skills I was looking for and the type of person I thought would fit into my practice. I thought I knew what I wanted, but after a while, I realized they “got” me, and what I wanted was different from what I thought I needed. Within a short time, they had found me several candidates that were a great fit. They are still with me after several years, and since then Interlink has found me more great people as my practice grew.  It was so easy to work with Interlink and get the results I wanted. They did all the work, and I have a great team.

YOU ARE THE BEST

Dr. Samantha

Dermatologist, Scottsdale, AZ

Most of my staff had been with me for many years and we were a well-oiled machine. Then all of a sudden, I lost 3 out of 7 of my staff, and I was faced with hiring well and quickly. I knew of the horror stories from my associates on bad hires, turnover, and lack of commitment. Then I was introduced to Interlink. They presented me with really great candidates. In a few weeks, I filled all three positions with incredible candidates. All my worries evaporated. The process with Interlink was smooth, easy and fast. Thank you Interlink.

WHAT A RELIEF

How We Make Staffing Easy For You

Consider us your “Inside Recruiter on the Outside”

Making Sure We Understand What You Are Looking For
  • Review the job description with you to flush out the important requirements.
  • Discuss the type of person you seek.

These steps are crucial to finding the right candidates that fit your organization.

We review anywhere from 100 to 500+ resumes per job.
  • From these, we will select approximately    10 to 15 candidates for us to interview.
  • From the 10 to 15 interviews, we usually narrow it down to 3 to 5 candidates that meet your requirements.
Presentation of Candidates
  • We will present the 3-5 candidates for your review. Of these, we are confident you will find the candidate you are looking for.
  • We will coordinate your organization’s interview process with the candidates.
  • We will step in to negotiate the compensation package if you desire.
  • We will help in the Offer Letter process if required.

We have used this process for many years with great success. Our goal is to present you with a short list of great candidates, one of which you will hire. We are not a resume factory. We are matchmakers.
